Epicure will be closed from 3PM until 4:30PM this coming Friday and Saturday, February 22 and 23. We will reopen at 4:30 and close at 10PM, THIS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, 2/22 AND 2/23 ONLY!


Executive Chef Julio Llop and Wine Curator Jerry Gray bring Global Comfort Food, Artisanal Cheese and Fantastic Wine to the growing Hill Country town of Dripping Springs, Texas.

At Epicure, our goal is to provide our guests with the best quality foods at the height of freshness. We receive daily shipments of ingredients and there are no can openers or microwaves in our kitchen!  We do maintain a very small freezer, but it is only used to keep house-made ice creams frozen. 

With many years’ experience in kitchens in Southern California and a love of international travel, food and wine, Epicure is born; a small bistro filled with contemporary design, casual sophistication, friendly service, handcrafted cheeses, fresh sausage, charcuterie and a carefully selected wine collection.

Our approach to food is to let the ingredients speak for themselves, using fresh organic regional produce, cheeses and meats wherever possible to compose an ever changing menu reflecting the seasons.

We are very excited to bring our passion for fine food and wine to our Hill Country community.


UPDATE!!!!  Epicure opens for business at our new location on Thursday, June 7th at 5PM.  At this time we are no longer accepting reservations for Thursday evening's dinner service.
