Second Course

Potag Parentier, Parsley Marshmallow.

Wine Pairing: Overgaauw Shepherd’s Cottage Sauvignon Blanc.

Third Course

Pan Seared Scallops, Risotto, House-Cultured Butter Ghee, Roasted Lemon.

Wine Pairing: Hilmy Vineyards “Persephone.”

Fourth Course

Grilled Vegetable and Chevre Terrine.

Wine Pairing: Jourdan Vielles Vignes Cinsault.

Fifth Course

Prime Petite Filet Mignon, Hasselback Potatoes, Arugula Puree, Duck Demi-Glace, Radicchio.

Sixth Course
